To insure we have availability reservations are highly recommended for camping and floating.
If the office is not open when you arrive please follow the directions posted near the office for late arrivals.
We require anyone camping or floating with us to read and sign a Liability Wavier. You can print a copy off the web site and bring it with you filled out and signed or we will have copies available at the office when you sign in. A wavier must be filled out for each person in a group or family camping or floating with us. Thank You!
All campers must check in at the office before entering the campground or using any of the facilities.
We do not allow non-paying guests at the campground. If you have a non-paying guest you would like to bring into the campground you must immediately bring them to the office for a pass. (An additional fee may apply!)
Quiet hours are from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
All dogs must be kept on a leash and all other pets kept under control at all times. You must clean up after your pet uses the bathroom.
No pets are allowed in tubes, rafts or cabins or any buildings on the property, pets are not allowed in the pool area.
Campfires are only allowed in the provided fire rings.
Do not cut or damage any trees on the property. Firewood is available at the store. Anyone caught damaging trees will be fined and/or prosecuted.
Firearms, fireworks, atv's, dirt bikes, etc. are not allowed on the property.
NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!
ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES IN CAMPGROUND OR ON RIVER! Glass is DANGEROUS and will not be tolerated!
THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
If campground rules are not followed, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Rules are posted on main building near the store.
Sorry, there are no rain checks or refunds on camping.
To insure you get the float you desire on weekends, advance reservations are required.
Due to variations in water levels that we have no control over, we cannot always guarantee the amount of time your float will take. If your float is faster than you expected, we cannot float you again without an additional charge.
Please note there will be a $25 damage deposit on each canoe and kayak $75 for rafts that will be refunded at the end of your float trip when all items are returned undamaged.

If you pass up your take-out point, you will be charged an additional $25.00 per float device.
CAMPING AND FLOATING CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you must cancel your reservation, you must let us know 14 days in advance. If you notify us at least 14 days in advance you lose 50% of your deposit. If you do not give us 14 days advance notice you will lose your entire deposit. If you make a reservation and we do not receive your deposit within 14 days from the date the reservation was made, your reservation will be cancelled.
If it is raining the morning of your float and is still raining at 12:00 noon, you will be issued a rain check for a float for the date of your choice based on availability. If the rain stops before noon, no rain checks will be issued. No credit refunds for returning early from your outing. Absolutely no cash refunds! No rain checks will be issued if it rains during your float.
CABIN RENTAL & CANCELLATION POLICIES
You have 7 days to return the Cabin Rental & Cancellation Policy agreement or 48 hours if the reservation is less than 10 days away. If the form is not received, your reservation will be cancelled. This form will be emailed to you when a Cabin reservation has been made. Form may emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to Deer Creek Campground, 628 County Rd 200, Lesterville Mo 63654
All persons staying in a cabin must still fill out and sign a WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY. The waiver must be completed by a parent / guardian of participants of minority age (under 18 years of age) at time of registration.
A $50 smoking and damage deposit for each cabin must be made at the time of check-in. On the day of check out, once the cabin has been inspected for damage and or smoking the damage deposit will be returned. If any damages have occurred during the rental above normal wear and tear that exceed $50 you will be required to pay for additional damages.
No pets are allowed in the cabins for any reason. If pets are caught in the cabins you will be required to pay an additional $100 pet cleaning fee.
We require a 100% deposit for any cabin rental and 25% for any floating device at the time of reservation.
Any cancellations made 15 days or greater from the first day of your reservation you will receive a total refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Any cancellations made for any reason 14 days or less from the first day of your reservation you will not receive a refund. This is not negotiable.
You may reschedule your reservation for the same calendar year if it is 15 days or greater from the first day of your reservation based on cabin availability, with no additional fees.
